Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing the item for return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or exchange promptly

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable, and either replace your item or issue a full refund.
